Be your own rock

Remain firm in your convictions.

Believe in the quest of your cause.

Keep on keeping on.

Make the changes bit by bit.

Take the lead in your own life by maintaining the commitment to yourself.

Simply focus on your goal and quietly and steadily move towards it; each day, every day.

STEP UP in your own life.
